Ukraine and Serbia have returned to negotiations on the creation of a joint free trade area, which will contribute to the development of economic ties and may become a positive step in the context of the European integration of both countries.

The most promising sector of cooperation is agricultural machinery.

Ethnic-style products and various handicrafts are also very popular in Serbia. There is an Ethno Network patronized by President Aleksandar Vučić. Therefore, it would be advisable to sell Ukrainian souvenirs, including vyshyvankas, which also exist among Serbs in a different form.

However, Ukraine needs to gradually strengthen its presence. First of all, it is necessary to reinforce our role in the information space. Increasing cultural and informational exchange is essential so that people in Ukraine better understand Serbia, and people in Serbia learn more about Ukraine not from Russian television, but from first-hand sources.
