Commodity turnover of Ukraine for January-March amounted to $33.5 billion

During January-March 2026, goods worth $23.4 billion were imported to Ukraine, and $10.1 billion were exported.

At the same time, taxed imports amounted to $16.2 billion, which is 69% of the total volume of imported goods.

The countries from which the most goods were imported to Ukraine: China – $6.3 billion, Poland – $2.2 billion, Turkey – $1.6 billion.

Goods were exported from Ukraine mostly to: Poland – $1.1 billion, Turkey – $840 million, Germany – $659 million.

In the total volume of goods imported in January-March 2026, 71% were the following categories of goods:

  • machines, equipment and transport – $9.5 billion;
  • fuel and energy – $3.8 billion;
  • products of the chemical industry – $3.4 million.

The top three most exported goods from Ukraine included:

  • food products – $6.3 billion;
  • metals and metal products – $929 million;
  • machines, equipment and transport – $848 million.

In January-March 2026, when clearing exports of goods subject to export duty, UAH 509.5 million was paid to the budget.
