On April 9, the first deal was concluded on the platform of the “Ukrainian Energy Exchange” since the launch of the “Import-Export of Electricity” section.

The initiator of the auction was PJSC “Ukrhydroenergo”, which sold electricity in the direction of the Ukraine – Moldova cross-border flow.

The sale took place for a block position during night hours – from 01:00 to 06:00, every day, with the delivery period from 15.04.2026 to 30.04.2026.

The volume of the sold resource amounted to 1,920 MWh.

The conclusion of the first deal in the import and export electricity section is a landmark result for the exchange and all market participants.
