In the 2025 calendar year, Turkey became the largest importer of Ukrainian corn, accounting for more than 30% of the total export volume.
In total, 5.41 million tons of corn were exported to Turkey, with an average export price of $219.1 per ton, which is one of the highest among key buyers.
Italy took second place, importing 2.82 million tons of Ukrainian corn (15.7% of the total volume) at an average price of $208.8 per ton. The top three also included Spain with 1.7 million tons and a share of 9.4%, at an average delivery price of $209.3 per ton.
Significant volumes of corn in 2025 were also purchased by the Netherlands – 1.46 million tons (8.1%) at a price of $215.4 per ton, and Egypt – 1.31 million tons (7.3%) at an average price of $207.6 per ton.
Among Asian destinations, the Republic of Korea remained a key buyer, importing 765.9 thousand tons of corn from Ukraine at an average price of $212.2 per ton. Libya rounded out the list of main importers with 643.5 thousand tons at a price of $216.8 per ton.
