In 2025, the ECA supported Ukrainian exports by UAH 10.43 billion

In 2025, the Export Credit Agency (ECA) supported Ukrainian exports worth UAH 10.43 billion, nearly 39% higher than the previous year’s figure of UAH 7.53 billion.

For every hryvnia of insurance liability, the ECA backed UAH 7.36 of exports in 2025.

During the year, the ECA insured 84 credit agreements and supported 106 export deals for 75 Ukrainian exporters, exceeding the 2024 figures of 87 credits, 98 deals and 69 exporters.

Among partner banks providing the largest volumes of insured credits in 2025 were Creditwest Bank, Oschadbank, and Ukrgasbank.

The largest volumes of supported exports in 2025 were directed to Poland, Austria, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Germany.

By sector, the largest share of supported exports in 2025 was taken by wood-processing and food industries, as well as the agricultural sector. The top five product categories included the manufacture of wooden packaging, production of oils and animal fats, and trade intermediation in food, beverages, and tobacco products.
