As of January 16 in the 2025/26 marketing year, Ukraine exported 16.921 million tons of grains and legumes, which is 6.983 million tons, or 29.2%, less than in the same period last year.

Ukrainian wheat exports totaled 8.237 million tons, down by 2.091 million tons, or 20.2%, year-on-year.

Barley exports amounted to 1.322 million tons – 34.1% less compared to the same period last year.

Ukrainian corn exports reached 7.065 million tons, which is 4.088 million tons, or 36.6%, lower than last year.

In addition, 36.0 thousand tons of flour were exported (or 48.0 thousand tons in grain equivalent), which is 3.4 thousand tons, or 8.6%, less than in the previous year.
