The Ministry of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure Development reported the registration of the first electronic TTNs in the new e-TTN system. As of January 13, 2026, 15 applications have been received from electronic document management (EDM) operators, of which 5 platforms are undergoing testing, while the rest are finalizing their documents.

The authorized operators that already allow the issuance of electronic waybills are: “VCHASNO SERVICE” (Vchasno.TTN), “M.E.DOK” and “ATS” (EDI NETWORK). The use of e-TTN enables businesses to abandon paper documents, while control by Ukrtransbezpeka is carried out directly through the system.
