Revenue from live cattle exports increased 1.5 times in 11 months

In January–November 2025, Ukraine exported 17.3 thousand tonnes of live cattle, which is 22.7% more than in the same period of 2024.

In monetary terms, live cattle exports over the 11 months of this year increased by 49.6% compared to the same period of 2024, reaching $40.1 million.

During January–November 2025, domestic live cattle was purchased by Lebanon (85.1%), Kazakhstan (7.8%) and Libya (6.3%).

Over the 11 months of 2025, imports of live cattle from abroad increased to 645 tonnes: +37.2% compared to the same period of the previous year.

Live cattle was imported during the 11 months of 2025 from the Czech Republic (99.2%) and Lithuania (0.8%).
