Ukraine fully stopped electricity exports as of 11 November 2025. Prior to that date, exports were carried out only at a minimal level and only during certain hours of the day.
From mid-November 2025, electricity export volumes from Ukraine fell to zero.
The total export volume during the first 11 days of November amounted to only 5,2 thousand MWh, of which 471 MWhwere supplied to Moldova.
Unlike exports, Ukraine continues to import electricity, covering domestic demand around the clock.
Between 1 and 18 November, the country imported a total of 233 thousand MWh of electricity.Imports from Moldova amounted to 10,2 thousand MWh, accounting for about 4% of total supplies.
