In the first eight months of 2025, the Export Credit Agency of Ukraine (ECA) provided support for non-commodity exports worth UAH 9.15 billion, which is 83.7% more than during the same time last year - then the total volume amounted to UAH 4.98 billion.
In January-August, over UAH 1 billion worth of credit agreements were insured, and each hryvnia of insurance liability brought UAH 8.8 in export revenue.
The largest volumes of supported exports were recorded in Lviv region – UAH 2.48 billion.
The most popular destination for Ukrainian exports with ECA support was Poland – UAH 2.6 billion. Deliveries to Austria (UAH 1.07 billion), Lithuania (UAH 554 million), the Netherlands (UAH 511 million) and Germany (UAH 460 million) were also significant. The Czech Republic, Great Britain, France and Israel remain important markets.
By commodity structure, exports were most supported:
- food products (mixtures of vegetable and dairy fats) – UAH 2.19 billion;
- wood and wood products – UAH 1.78 billion;
- furniture and interior items – UAH 1.42 billion;
- alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages – UAH 865 million;
- processed vegetable and fruit products – UAH 758 million.
