In January-August 2024, 4,4 thousand tons of domestic butter were exported - 24,1% less than in the same period last year.

In monetary terms, the export of butter lost only 7,8% compared to the indicator for January-August 2023 due to rising prices and amounted to $28,2 million.

Moldova (40,1%), Azerbaijan (16,9%) and Bulgaria (9,1%) bought the most domestic butter during the eight months this year.
