The gradual recovery of trade activity caused a 15% increase in the volume of agricultural export compared to the week before last, reaching 80,7 thousand tons.
The biggest changes are recorded on the Moldovan border, where the volume of exports increased by 31%, up to 14,1 thousand tons. On the Polish border, a significant increase was also noted - by 20%, to 35,9 thousand tons. The Hungarian border shows an increase of 11% , up to 7,5 thousand tons, while Slovak increased by 4%, up to 5,9 thousand tons. Export volumes across the Romanian border remain stable — at the level of 17,4 thousand tons.
The average daily export rate across all borders is 11,5 thousand tons, and the largest exported goods include sunflower oil (23,9 thousand tons) and soybeans (13,9 thousand tons).
Domestic freight rates increased by an average of 5%, while international freight rates remained stable at the previous week level.
