The Cabinet of Ministers allows export of 1,1 million tons of hard coal, anthracite and fuel obtained from hard coal this year.

The 0-ton quota for the export of hard coal, anthracite, briquettes, pellets and similar types of solid fuel obtained from hard coal, was replaced with a quota of 1,153 thousand tons. The decision was made in order to ensure operation of state coal-mining enterprises and sell the thermal coal.
