During the meeting of the Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine Oleksii Sobolev with the General Director of Global Affairs of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs of France Aurelien Lechevalier and the Ambassador of France to Ukraine Gael Vessier, Ukraine presented 11 priority tasks for the development of the economy of Ukraine. Among them, in particular, the search for a mechanism for confiscating frozen russian assets and directing them to support the economy of Ukraine, increasing export opportunities, including through the expansion of ship insurance programs. Among the key tasks is also increasing the localization of own production, which will contribute to the growth of the stability of the economy and tax revenues to the budget, the development of the defense industry, and the expansion of energy-generating capacities destroyed by missile attacks.

Besides this, Ukraine and France are now working on the issue of establishing a special fund to stimulate investments and establish cooperation with the French Development Agency.
