At the meeting on November 24, 2023, the Cabinet of Ministers has approved the list of agricultural products that have a limited storage period and the list of agricultural products that have a special storage regime.

"The Ministry for Development of Communities, Territories and Infrastructure is given an order to ensure, in accordance with the rules of electronic cherga in front of the international checkpoint through the state border of Ukraine, with the help of the electronic system and its functioning, the organization of reservations by users of the electronic system "Electronic cherga of border crossing" of places in the priority cherga for crossing the border by trucks with agricultural products that have a limited storage period, as those that, in accordance with the legislation, have the right to carry out appropriate types of control at the international checkpoint across the state border of Ukraine on a  top priority basis," - the message says.

Besides, the reservation of places in "eCherga" of trucks with agricultural products, which has a special storage regime, will take place without specifying the number of the customs declaration issued for the export of goods from the customs territory of Ukraine, during the reservation.
