The creation of insurance guarantee programs for their residents by Ukraine's partners encourages foreign companies to invest in the Ukrainian economy now, and not after the end of the war. Shmyhal informed about it during the Sixth German-Ukrainian Economic Forum.

Within the framework of the forum, the investment insurance guarantee of the German government to the German company Fixit for the completion of the second production in Ukraine was signed. According to Shmyhal’s words, France, Japan, Italy, Sweden and Great Britain also announced risk insurance for their residents. The Prime Minister stressed that appropriate steps are expected from the US.

The Ukrainian side contributes in every possible way to attracting investments. In particular, processes are being deregulated: the government has already reviewed more than 1 000 regulatory instruments that are being optimized, digitized or abolished. Digitalization is also being implemented, which produces new digital tools for business that minimize bureaucracy.

UkraineInvest, the government office for investment attraction and support, is operating in Ukraine, and logistics on the country's western border are also improving.
