Over 19 000 transit declarations were issued in the NCTS (New Computerized Transit System) system during the 11 months of the "customs visa-free" period. The total number of transfers from Ukraine in 11 months was 15 725. In August 2023, 3 362 transfers started in Ukraine were completed in the countries participating in the Convention on the common transit procedure.

Since the beginning of the international application of NCTS, on 3 430 joint transit declarations, goods have been successfully delivered to the customs offices of destination in the customs territory of Ukraine. The number of such declarations in August 2023 was 777.

As on the end of August 2023, enterprises were granted 72 authorizations for the use of transit simplifications, of which 32 were authorizations for the use of a general guarantee (including 9 for an increase in the size of the reference amount of the general guarantee and 1 for the use of a general guarantee with a decrease in the size of the reference amount to 30 %), 33 authorizations – for objects of authorized consignors and consignees, as well as 7 authorizations for the use of special type seals.

More than 30 applications from enterprises are at various stages of consideration.

Since the launch at the end of April 2023 of the web service for electronic submission of guarantees for use in joint transit by guarantors who have the right to guarantee the movement of goods under the joint transit procedure, 27 general and 740 individual guarantees have been registered electronically.

As on the end of August 2023, the web service for electronic submission of guarantees is actively used by 5 guarantors.
