In accordance with the order of the Government of Hungary 130/2023 (IV.18) "On measures related to the transportation of certain agricultural products originating from Ukraine",

Hungary has prohibited the import into its customs territory from Ukraine of agricultural goods that are specified in customs declarations under by the following UCT codes (Ukrainian Classification of Goods for Foreign Economic Activity): 0201, 0202, 0203, 0204, 0207, 0407, 0409, 0710, 1001, 1002, 1003, 1005, 1008, 1101, 1102, 1104, 1205, 1206, 1512 , 1514, 1701, 1905, 2005 , 2204.

According to the published information, such goods can go through Hungary only in transit and only under the fulfillment of a number of conditions: the truck must be sealed with seals, which are stuck during the T1 customs declaration; transit goods cannot stay on the territory of Hungary for more than 7 days.  

Ukrtransbespeka warns that the police and customs authorities have the right to impose sanctions on the carrier for violating the terms of stay of transit goods on the territory of Hungary. Such a violation is subject to a fine of 100% of the value of the product excluding VAT.
