In 2022 metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine reduced revenues from export of ferrous metals by 67,5% compared to the previous year - to 4 billion 533,088 million US dollars. During this period, ferrous metals accounted for 10,26% of the total revenue from the export of goods, compared to 20,49% in 2021.

Besides, in 2022 Ukraine reduced the export of metal products by 18,6% - up to 1 billion 52,512 million US dollars. In December, they were delivered for 69,285 million US dollars. The import of metal products reduced by 42,9% last year - up to 643,162 million US dollars (in December - 67,705 million US dollars).
