According to Taras Vysotskyi’s words, the First Deputy Minister of Agricultural Policy and Food of Ukraine, 4 out of 5 items of goods that Ukraine sold the most last year were food and agricultural goods.

In the overall structure of Ukrainian export in 2022, the share of agricultural products was 53%. Ukraine exports not only raw materials, but also processed products. According to the Ministry, the export of livestock products to the EU increased last year, including poultry meat and eggs. In 2022, Ukraine had an absolute record for the sale of dairy products to Europe. There was also an increase in the export of bioethanol to the EU.
