On December 15 2022, the Memorandum on cooperation in financing micro, small and medium-sized enterprises within the framework of the international technical assistance program "Application and implementation of the Association Agreement between the EU and Ukraine in the sphere of trade" was signed. The uniqueness of the grant program is that it will give entrepreneurs - customers of Oschadbank the opportunity to receive grants from the German government.

The initiative will be implemented by the German government with the help of GIZ in partnership with the German Sparkassenstiftung, the Entrepreneurship Development Fund and Oschadbank. The total budget of the initiative will be 2,4 million euros, of which 1,3 million euros is the initial amount available for grants.

Entrepreneurs will be provided with bank loans in combination with grant funds, which will amount to 30% of the total project amount.
