In 2022 Ukraine expanded its international sales markets by agreeing with foreign partners on 22 forms of international veterinary certificates for the export of products of animal origin to 12 countries of the world.
Last year, Ukraine began exporting meat semi-finished products to Albania, snails for human consumption to Georgia, and milk and dairy products to the Dominican Republic.
Israel now imports ornamental freshwater fish, live rabbits, pet chews, fresh frozen and processed skins and furs from our country. Canada started importing poultry meat and poultry products from Ukraine, Kenya - milk and dairy products, Singapore - pet food.
Northern Macedonia now purchases chewables and canned pet food, raw pet food or animal by-products for feeding fur animals.
Serbia purchases hatching eggs, canned and processed animal forage. Products of animal protein processing and fish products are now exported to Turkey, table eggs to Pakistan, meat semi-finished products and meat products, processed offal to Montenegro.
Over the year, the number of enterprises producing products of animal origin that have the right to export their products to the EU territory increased to 432, which is 53 more than at the beginning of 2022.
