According to the results of 9 months, Ukraine has exported 4,3 thousand tons of butter to the EU and occupies the first place in the rating. Domestic products compete with Turkey and New Zealand, but at the end of the year, Ukraine will retain its leading position.
For the same period, 1,5 thousand tons of goods under the cheese code were delivered to the EU from Ukraine. Ukraine has become the largest supplier of this product to the EU for the first time. Analysts predict that by the end of the year, Ukraine may be in second place in terms of the volume of cheese supplies to the EU.
Ukrainian companies managed to increase the export of butter and cheese thanks to the change in the industrial balance due to the war, the removal of trade restrictions by the EU and favorable price conditions for the EU and Ukraine.
