At the meeting on November 8, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decided to exempt from payment of VAT and import duty on the import of generators, transformers, heaters and other goods important for this heating season.

According to Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal’s words, the government is abolishing taxes on the import of: gas generators, electric motors and generators, electric generating sets and rotating electric converters, transformers, electric batteries, electric water heaters and heaters, as well as other energy and heat supply goods.
