Ukraine exported 2,9 million tons of agro-industrial products in the first two weeks of September 2022, which is 40% higher than in the first half of August. Grain exports increased by 69% during this period. In 15 days of September, 1,8 million tons of grain were exported from Ukraine, which is 69% more compared to the same period in August. Export of corn increased by 49%, wheat - by 39%, and barley - by 12%.
Also, in September, the volume of export of oil crops increased to 555 000 tons. This is 21% more than in the first half of August. Export volumes of rapeseed increased by 66%, soybeans by 18%, and sunflowers by 16%.
Export of vegetable oil increased by 16% - up to 228,7 thousand tons. In particular, the export of sunflower oil increased by 92%, and soybean oil - by 6%. The volume of oil-cake export after extraction of vegetable oils increased by 41% to 120,5 thousand tons. The export of sunflower oil-cake increased by 91% and soybean cake by 9%.
