The State Customs Service of Ukraine has put into operation 9 new sections of the interactive analytics portal. The data on the volumes of exports and imports of Ukraine with any country and for each product is available there.

It has been reported that except the section “Complaints”, the web portal bi.customs.gov.ua provides data concerning products turnover (for the period of 2018 – first quarter of 2020) and this information will be updated. The other information that can be found there: imports, exports, balance; volumes of taxed imports for each product group and with any country; customs duties, excise duties, VAT received by the state budget.

Moreover, the tax information for load on 1 USD for each item of goods (up to the 4^th character of the UKT FEA code) is available; goods that Ukraine imports and exports: region, country, country of origin, customs; ratings in the TOP-5 positions of goods that Ukraine more / less exports / imports; as well as the TOP 5 countries that have paid more / less duties on imports of goods into Ukraine, etc.

In addition to this, the portal also contains data on the customs value of a unit of goods (minimum, average and maximum), for example, a car imported from any country, income from imports per one unit of goods, etc.

So, all the customs statistics concerning the products turnover and payments is available for everybody. They say that different types of interesting information can be found on the web portal. There also is a 13-minute video-instruction, which teaches how to use the interactive web portal of the customs analytical data. They also promise to upload the detailed video reviews of each of the 9 sections available there. It has also been mentioned that soon the data, concerning goods up to the 10^th character of the UKT FEA code will become available for everybody as well as the possibility to view indicators in UAH (so far it is only available in USD) will be added to the website.

         Although, the users must remember that some technical problems can appear because the number of interested people is large.

As it has been reported earlier, from April 1 the State Customs Service of Ukraine has started testing the software for the implementation of a new computerized system of common transit of goods from the EU (NCTS), which will allow to synchronously work with customs of European countries and to use a single customs declaration. All this will help to accelerate and reduce the cost of the process of moving goods.

The State Customs Service of Ukraine has also joined the TradeLens blockchain platform in a test mode, which allows the online monitoring of the movement of sea freights.
